Stride is provided by Dr Quentin Pleyers (“Company”, “we”, “us”), based in Vollsjö, Sweden.
By accessing the website or using the Stride apps (“Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Paid features (e.g., Stride Plus/Pro) are billed through the relevant app store. Prices and terms are shown in the store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel in your store account settings.
Stride provides decision support and educational information only. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace a full clinical examination by a qualified veterinarian. You remain solely responsible for your professional decisions and for complying with local regulations regarding medical devices and clinical practice.
Videos are processed on your device. You retain rights to your content. If you choose to export/share, you grant us the rights necessary to transmit the data to the destination you choose.
The Services may change or be unavailable from time to time. Beta and pre‑release features are provided “as is” and may be withdrawn.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is”. We disclaim implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement). To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or €50 if none).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
The Stride name, logo, and all related marks are our property. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
Our processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden and applicable EU law, excluding conflict‑of‑laws rules. Courts of Sweden shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
